Overview
We are looking for a Digital Advertising & Reporting Strategist!
• Are you familiar with all digital business advertising platforms?
• Are you proficient in preparing advertising strategy documents? Samples will be appreciated.
• Are you proficient in running advertising test campaigns and optimizing advertising performance?
• Are you keen on your commitment to targets and driven by goals and results with a commitment to client KPIs?
• Are you a mature communicator who is able to flag when targets are at risk and bring up discussions before the target deadline dates?
• Do you have attention to detail?
• Are you accountable especially when it comes to respecting budget limits set?
• Futuristic and forward-thinking - able to not only follow trends but also predict trends based on past outcomes and direct the client to respond in advance
• Are you proficient in understanding developing advertising strategies from a sales perspective so as to highlight the need for advertising where some would not see it and move the prospect into action?
• Agile: We all tend to wear different hats from time to time, so we encourage trying out new things.
• More importantly, do you have strong written and verbal communication skills and passion and confidence to present ads reports/ pitches/ presentations?
Do you also get excited by the idea of:
• Meeting and exceeding planned sales and ad goals?
• Conducting market research, formulating ads strategy, and reporting about it?
• Creating and reviewing ads plans and advertising performance?

Essential Responsibilities:
• Familiarize yourself with the company needing advertising, its, advertising requirements or needs
• Preparing advertising strategy documents including advertising channels, mechanisms, tactics, targets and recommended budget spends
• Present advertising strategy documents to the company, the client in question or the prospect whom the plan is prepared for. This will include joining the sales team for sales meetings and advertising pitches to present the technical advertising proposals
• Run advertising test campaigns to measure performance, optimize the advertisements and drive the entire campaign to success
• Set up ads on all digital advertising platforms, measure ad performance, optimize ad performance, prepare weekly and monthly ads reports, and present reports to the company, its clients, and any advertising prospects.
• Preparing advertising reports daily, weekly or monthly depending on the needs of each client
• Attending daily internal meetings with the client teams and the sales teams to pick up on the needs of the prospects and of the clients and react with solid advertising strategies
• Present the advertising reports to various internal teams involved in the client’s account to ensure they are aware of what is and what is not working
• Presenting the advertising reports to the clients in a daily, weekly or monthly meetings as needed by the client
• Listening to advertising feedback on the data or in client meetings and optimizing or changing their advertising strategy to adopt the feedback or changing expectations.
• Overseeing, driving, protecting, and delivering the advertising KPIs and targets of each client. A keen commitment to targets and a drive to reach advertising goals and results are crucial.
• Clear, fast, and proactive communication when KPIs or targets are at risk - this requires the ability to spot that targets are at risk and also accountability in communicating this to all responsible parties.
• Professionally and proficiently appropriating the client budgets while keeping the targets as a priority and ensuring that budgets are split with alignment to priorities.
• Trend posting, but also being able to predict trends based on past outcomes and direct the client to respond in advance
• Proficiency in presenting strategic documents and plans to clients while being able to communicate the plans, actions, channels, mechanisms, tactics, projections, and targets in a confident, clear, and concise manner.
