JOB DETAILS:

A day in the life of a Replenishment Specialist:

1. Generation of optimized replenishment orders in Nestlé or customer replenishment system while balancing inventory and service goals using information such as sales history, forecast and customer/Nestlé stock availability.
2. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely shipping and receipt of relevant documents needed for product clearance.
3. Proactive engagement with customers and sales team to ensure out of stock risks and generation of effective mitigation actions required (i.e., defining stock allocation rules for limited stock).
4. Using replenishment excel based tools to drive alignment with Nestlé and Customer to manage inventory, invoicing , lead-times and meet delivery dates while focusing on meeting monthly business objectives.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional business partners such Physical Logistics, Demand and Supply Planning (DSP), Finance and commercial teams to drive business & replenishment activities.
6. Engage with customers to resolve issues and concerns related to shipment , documentations, stock replenishment and invoicing and to serve as the primary point of contact and advocate with export customers.
7. Drive and encourage continuous improvement within the team moving to a more efficient exception management process meeting all internal/external KPI's and service level agreements.

What will make you successful?

1. Bachelors’ Degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management.
2. 3 years operational experience in order fulfillment role preferably in FMCG.
3. Understanding of Logistics processes including Materials Handling e.g., picking to deliver, transport optimization.
4. Understanding of the O2C flow and key business functions outside of the O2C stream.
5. Proficiency in Data analysis and working knowledge of Excel.
6. Good communication skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders
7. Knowledge of SAP.
