Pearl Troy is a Kenyan investment vehicle in charge of leading brands in the Food industry, Real Estate & Management consultancy. Our executives have over 10 years track record of success in various industries and are looking forward to building long lasting brands in the market.
Our client is an Architectural Firm handling projects within Kenya and is seeking a result oriented 3D Render associate to assist in producing desired 3D and animation contents for our clients. .

Roles & Responsibilities
• Produce all architectural exterior views, interior views, balconies and upper levels as per drawings
• Develop and edit architectural drawings, photos and renderings
• Develop renders for presentations to clients
• Update company website with latest renders and photos
• Collaborate with CEO, Interior designers & Project architects
• Create 3D Architectural models & Virtual tour videos as needed by Clients

Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Design, Animation or Production
• Minimum of 1 year to 2 years’ experience in a busy environment involved in production of 3D Drawings and animation videos as per specification
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of all software used in 3D & Animation production
• Experience in a variety of building typologies
• Able to interpret project briefs and specifications
• Great Interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and a self-starter
• Good organization & co-ordination skills
