Relationship Officer

Job Purpose Statement
The role holder is required to achieve customer growth, monitoring and compliance, client satisfaction and retention management for corporate banking division through collaborative account management and delivering reports with the sectors Assistant Relationship Managers and Relationship Managers and other stakeholders in the organisation. The role shall support the sector by ensuring that all promises made to all stakeholders in the department are fulfilled. The role holder shall coordinate the preparation and compilation of relevant reports with follow-ups for closure

Job Specifications
Academic:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field from a recognized accredited university.
Professional
• CPA qualification is an advantage

Desired work experience:
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a similar sized organisation.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving a portfolio’s financial growth and analysis (Sales/Business Development/Credit Analysis background) will be an added advantage
• Experience in products, bank operations and customer experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the local banking industry, banking products, banking services and banking regulations.
• Sound working knowledge and understanding of general Commercial Banking regulations and practices
