JOB DETAILS:
Registry Officer - SBM Fund Services Ltd

Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Registry and Secretarial Lead, the Registry Officer will be responsible to maintain proper registry, transfer and paying agent services for equities, funds, depository receipts, debentures and bonds and provide quality services to clients and process client on boarding.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain Shareholders’ Register
• Process all Subscriptions, Redemptions, Transfers, Switches and Capital Calls
• On-board clients and ensure all investors’ queries and/or complaints are dealt in a timely manner
• Ensure completeness of investors’ files
• Conduct timely reconciliation of payment accounts
• Ensure compliance with FSC rules and regulation for KYC procedures
• Analyse Clients’ Financial Statements for reporting purposes
• Inscribe charges on property provided as collateral
• Ensure high level of service standards, including high level of ethics and integrity in line with SBM values
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
• University degree in Banking/Finance/Management and/or any other related field
• At least 1 year experience in the Banking/Finance field
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Natural ability to self-motivate and work in a dynamic environment
• Proactive attitude and enjoy working in a team but can also work individually when required
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
