JOB DETAILS:
This position reports into the VP & Head-Customer Support or designated leader at Mobileum and will be required to provide strong process & technical leadership. The right candidate will have a solid technology background with hands-on experience in Account Management, Product management and team management. Candidates should have a good understanding of support processes, industry best practices and key metrics. .
Job Responsibilities:
Costomer Engagement
• Technical SPOC for Mobileum engagements in the region.
• Handle management level escalation on operational issues and ensure resolution in time.
• Analyze capacity utilization and service volume data on a regular basis and provide summary insights to product vendors and Hub architecture teams.
• Provide business and performance analysis reports to different external stakeholders.
• Engage with product teams to understand service requirements and design accordingly and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders for all Mobileum deliverables.
• Will be responsible to document and implement process/SOPs/Manuals/reports/templates required to enhance the quality of deliverables
• Review customer feedback, along with operations team.
Job Skills:
• Expertise in Mobileum's core areas; Mobile Roaming Services and Analytics.
• Experience with GSM/GPRS/3G/LTE network operators (Core Network Signaling experience and exposure to intelligent networks / CAMEL a must)
• Strong management skills - ability to coordinate teams in diverse locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven expertise in Managing international mobile operators as customers
• Self-starter used to working in a start-up environment with minimal direction.
• Multi-cultural or international experience.
• Strong business modelling, operational management and contract negotiation expertise.
• Ability to work independently on complex problems and collaborate across cross functional teams
• Willingness to travel 30% -50% of the time.
• Expertise in Signaling Firewall GSMA FS.11 and FS.19 standard ( SS7 and Diameter Firewall).
• Expertise in Roaming Testing tool (Test Factory/ SIGOS).
• Expertise in IREG Testing.
• Expertise in Cloud/VM and NFV (Network Function virtualization).
• Expertise in SQL and No-SQL Oracle/Couchbase) database.
Job Qualifications:
• B.E.B.Tech., M.E./MS. or M. Sc. in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering or Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computers/IT

Job Experience Requirements: • 8 to 10 years of experience in a technical support environment.
