SUMMARY BACKGROUND
iProcure is an Agri-tech company with a focus on optimizing agricultural input supply to farmers. Operating through a network of over 2000 tech-enabled Agro-dealers across Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. our Mission is to eliminate input scarcity, and lower the cost of production for farmers across Africa.

Primary responsibilities:
• Ensure adequate distribution coverage nationally, using iProcure resources and assets as well as the coverage provided by partner distributors.
• Coordination of sales and operations team on the ground.
• Overall responsible for inventory at distribution warehouses in your region.
• Coordinate demand creation activities in collaboration with supplier sales representatives. (Farmer Field days, stockist Seminars and ABL)
• Ensure sales teams are properly trained on company procedures, and are well aware of company expectations/targets.
• Ensure company procedure are adhered to by field teams.
• Ensure sales and operations teams are adequately equipped to work effectively.
• Ensure sales teams are continuously working towards growing their territories and customer base.
• Ensure area covered is meeting projected revenue targets.
• Maintain good relations with key customers
• Ensure sales teams adhere to protocols concerning the processing of sales through the system and un-sold stock reconciliations.
• Safeguard welfare of sales and operations team ensuring fair treatment and a safe working environment.

Requirements:
• Degree in Animal health and agronomy.
• 3+ years of management and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bachelor Degree
