We are looking for highly engaged candidates with a track record of excellence to fill the following position:
Regional Parts Field Sales Executive (REF: ISUZU/03) .

Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Parts & Accessories Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
• Generate new parts and accessories business through Dealers. Authorised Service Outlets and fleet customers in assigned regions.
• Review and monitor Dealer performance per branch and develop initiatives to support growth and profitability of parts and accessories business.
• Key Account Management for allocated Dealers. Distributors Authorised Service Outlets and Fleet customers.
• Participating in aftersales marketing activities organized by Dealers in the allocated region
• Ensure Dealers have optimum levels of parts inventory.
• Offering support in electronic parts catalogue installation, training, license renewals and activation of new branches
• Supporting Dealers on the dealer ordering portal, lubes tracker installation and activation of new branches.
• Drive Tubes business expansion through Dealers, Authorised Service Outlets, stockists and fleet customers.
• Enforcing compliance with the Isuzu Parts Dealer Standards for allocated Dealers.
• Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly Dealers Authorised Service Outlets and fleet customers performance reports.
• Grow customer satisfaction index in the allocated region and implement action plans emanating from dealer and customer satisfaction surveys.

Job Qualifications:
For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must have the following minimum requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a Business related field, second class honours, upper division,
• Mean Grade of B plain in KCSE
• Five (5) years' relevant experience
• Business acumen, customer focus, planning, organizing attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills.
