JOB DETAILS:
Overview
The PMM PRIME Regional Coordinator will be the person responsible for supporting and developing the usage of PRIME in deployment and throughout the transition into BAU, across the COs in East and Southern Africa Region.
This consists in:
• Contributing to PMM uptake with training and monitoring support, overseeing completion of action plans and PMM compliance.
• Supporting PRIME to become a key enabler of program development and management.
• Implementing the strategies around system adoption, jointly with the Programme Operations function.
The PMM PRIME Regional Coordinator will, from time to time, also work directly on PRIME as a user to support COs in addressing ad-hoc issues, i.e. whenever the complexity of the task or CO limited capacity will require so. This role will also contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives of the PRIME solution, based on user feedback.
The role holder will require collaborative working with the PMM PRIME global team, Change & Deployment team, Regional DPOs, CO PMM Focal Points, CO PRIME Leads and staff from multiple SCI regional and country offices. S/he will act as the PMM PRIME focal point in ESA Region and represent the region in global CoP related to PMM PRIME trainings.

In order to be successful, you will bring/have:
Essential
• Bachelor degree in any related field
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years working experience in project management.
• Experience of Program Operations and or/ PDQ within SC.
• Experience of driving adoption and usage compliance.
• SCI PMM certified.
• Deep understanding of core SCI functions and systems.
• Experience in leading/supporting capacity building and coaching initiative
• Proven ability to work effectively with people from different cultures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to Save the Children values.
• Proficiency in English and depending of the role location, French, Arabic or Spanish.
• High attention to detail.

Desired
• Experience of project management system.
• Experience of System Support Models.
• Experience of working in large and complex Offices.
• Experience within global, multicultural, matrix organisations.
• Experience or knowledge of global project management methodologies.
