We are searching for a self-motivated, result-oriented Regional Manager who will oversee operations in East Africa (Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania) from the Kenyan hub, to build and drive strategic expansion of SeamlessHR in East Africa. Acting as a key member of the Management Team, you will execute the brand strategy and lead the business in all areas of sales and operations to ensure the profitability of the Company in the region.

Job Description

• Play a central role in the development of SeamlessHR’s market and go-to-market strategy for East Africa.
• Lead the execution of the strategy in the region, including channels management, marketing, and sales.
• Own SeamlessHR’s presence in the region and be responsible for the entire value chain, including identification, attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of partners, branding, customer success, and legal & compliance.
• Have ultimate responsibility for the attainment of SeamlessHR financial and strategic targets in East Africa.
• Build and maintain relationships that will help drive the growth of SeamlessHR in the region.
• Liaise with all third parties, including consultants, partners, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders across the region.
• Be the face of SeamlessHR in East Africa, while upholding the company’s brand, core values, and culture pillars at all times.

Job Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
• An MBA or related postgraduate degree and relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
• A good understanding of strategy formulation and execution.
• Comfortable with leading a metrics-driven organisation.
• Fully competent in the development and implementation of a comprehensive SaaS sales motion.
• Good East African territorial knowledge with global exposure.
• Be willing to travel frequently.
• Good people management, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
• Excellent networker and listener with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Tech-savvy and knowledgeable of current trends in tech business.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, excellence-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role and cumulative relevant experience of at least 10 years.
