HelpAge International Africa Region seeks for qualified and experienced Kenyan nationals to fill below positions based in Nairobi Kenya.

Regional Human Resource & Staff Development Manager
As part of the global HR team the regional Human Resources and Staff Development Manager will act as a strategic business partner to staff in the Regional office, Country Directors and country HR staff in the region. The post holder is responsible for all HR related matters in the region. He/she will have significant experience in strategic human resource management at regional level, have extremely strong communication, negotiation and representational skills, be able to lead complex projects and initiatives that require multi- level stakeholder engagement and have ability to manage multiple priorities.
