JOB DETAILS:
You will be based in one of our office in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region as part of our recruiting transformation team. You will work closely with the associate director, recruiting transformation manager and recruiting leaders as well as our global recruiting community to build analytical tools and reports on key recruiting processes and initiatives.

What you'll do
• You will design core recruiting analytical tools and reports for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa.
• In this role, your responsibilities will include creating and designing wide attraction processes analytics, aiming to strengthen the understanding of candidate pipeline and brand attractiveness.
• You will also build reports behind recruiting projects and initiatives together with recruiting managers.
• You will work on a variety of strategic and operational recruiting initiatives as they arise as well as formulate recruitment market insights.
• You will support knowledge sharing, lead competitive intelligence monitoring (first hand index) and run recruiting analytics across various dimensions.
• Your role is newly created and it might evolve over time so responsibilities are not static.

Qualifications
• 3 years of professional experience
• Strong performance in previous role ideally as a business analyst, data science specialist or senior recruiter
• Good knowledge of recruiting and analytical tools such as Avature and various PAM tools; highly developed process management skills
• Robust analytical kit; advanced Excel, Alteryx/Tableau knowledge is a plus
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized; willingness to play an active role in all aspects of recruiting processes even on the smallest of details when needed
• Excellent project management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and implement them independently Comfortable with abundance of details and complexity yet mindful of the big picture
• Strong interpersonal and team skills; ability to effectively engage with consultants and firm service professionals at all levels in a non-hierarchical manner
• Excellent communication skills
