JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and the company
• Promote sales of land through advertisements, social media platforms &networking.
• Coordinate appointments to show land to prospective buyers.
• Meeting and exceeding the sales targets
• Develop and maintain relationship with clients & maintain contacts of all potential customers.
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of land they are seeking
• Make presentations to clients & take them to see the land.
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase
• agreements, closing statements, deeds & leases.
• Any other duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma in sales and marketing or any other related fields
• 2-3 years experience in real estate sales
• Hardworking, goal oriented & self motivated.
