JOB DETAILS:
AARVEE Associates, a premier. ISO 9001:2008 certified multi-disciplinary engineering consulting company, is looking for following professionals for an upcoming project of Design and Construction Administration of a Hospital project in Kenya
Quantity Surveyor
Qualification
• Bachelors' Degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering or equivalent and be a Registered Engineer and Registered Consulting Engineer with Engineers Registration Board of Kenya. Master's Degree will be an added advantage
Experience
• A minimum of 10 years’ practical post-qualification experience in building projects. 8 Years in related fields as a Quantity Surveyor gained on projects of similar complexity and size and must have supervised construction contracts.
• He/She should preferably be a local national Registered with the Board of Architects and Quantity Surveyors or equivalent.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 120
