Prospect and Customer Relationship Specialist
Location Nairobi
The Prospect and Client Relationship Specialist will interact with Lapaire’s online community in order to talk to prospects and generate leads for our sales team. They will also be involved in online sales and booking appointments for clients to visit us for free vision tests.
He/she will report to the Expansion Manager for East Africa and work closely with the Branch Managers in Nairobi & Nakuru, as well as the Marketing Team in Kenya.
Their job will be composed of the following main tasks:
• Handle prospects and clients relationship & promote Lapaire’s brand on social networks
• Maintain a high level of contact, support and communication with prospects and clients through the online messaging channels; Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Messenger
• Provide high level customer service and demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential clients
• Engage with customers to build interest & awareness to Lapaire Glasses brand, products and services
• Answer to comments, questions and enquiries from prospective customers
• Records and maintains relevant prospect and customer information in the CRM database
• Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate leads
• Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities
• Work closely within a small sales & marketing team and offer support in management of an efficient sales pipeline.
Candidate profile
• Previous experience of about 2 years in managing online communities, sales & marketing and overall customer relations is required for this job.
• Social media expert, knowledgeable about Facebook, WhatsApp & Instagram’s features, especially messaging and commenting platforms.
• Excellent communication & writing skills in English, comfort in working with Google Sheet/Excel and CRM software.
