Moi University invites Sealed tenders from eligible bidders as tabulated below: -

Interested eligible candidates may inspect and buy tender documents from Moi University Procurement Office, Main Campus, during normal working hours upon payment of the above charges. Payment should be made in cash or bankers cheques payable to the cash office.

Documents can be downloaded from the University website www.mu.ac.ke or Public Procurement Portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.

Applicants who download the Tender Document must email their Tenderer name's, contact details and Tender number to supplies@mu.ac.ke.

All bids must be submitted with the above mentioned security from a reputable financial institution or insurance company approved by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and must remain valid for 120 days after the bid submission deadline.

Complete tender documents (one original & a copy) should be enclosed in plain. sealed envelope clearly marked with Tender Number & Tender Name and should be deposited in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor of Administration and Senate Building.
