CONTRACT NAME AND DESCRIPTION: PROPOSED EXTENSION OF COUNTY HEADQUARTERS.
1. The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF GARISSA invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED EXTENSION OF COUNTY HEADQUARTERS.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to NCA Class 4
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours (8.00AM- 1.00PM and 2.00PM - 5.00PM local time at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded by interested tenders FREE OF CHARGE from the Website(s) www.garissacounty.go.ke  or the Public Procurement Information Portal (tenders.go.ke).
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.garissacounty.go.ke  .Tenderers whodownload the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to t h e d ir ect or p r oc u r emen t o ff i c e , P.O. Box 563 – 70100, Garissa, Kenya) to facilitate any further clarificationor addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening of tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs.1,300,000 (One million Three hundred Thousand Shillings only) Guarantee from a Bank or an Insurance Company.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before friday 27TH january 2023 at 10.30 am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
