The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KISUMU – DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, TECHNICAL TRAINING, INNOVATION &SOCIAL SERVICES invites sealed tenders for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTRE AT PAP OTHANY. Tendering will be conducted under national open competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [8:00am-4:00pm] at the address given below.

3. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website https://www.kisumu.go.ke, Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) https://tenders.go.ke and Suppliers Portal (supplier.treasury.go.ke) . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.

4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (https://www.kisumu.go.ke), Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) https://tenders.go.ke and Suppliers Portal. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (procurement.cgk@kisumu.go.ke or to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

5. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 91 days from the date of opening of tenders.

6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security Kshs.100,000 (Kenya Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only

7. The Tenderer shall CHRONOLOGICALLY SERIALIZE ALL PAGES of the tender documents submitted.

8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 30th January, 2023 at 12:00 Noon

All tenders are instructed to submit one Manual Original tender document and also uploaded in the IFMIS Portal. NOTE that there should be no discrepancy between the tender uploaded in the IFMIS Portal and the Manual Tender document submitted.

9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

10. Late tenders will be rejected.
