INVITATION TO TENDER

PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF CASUALTY & WARDS AT MURANG’A LEVEL 5 HOSPITAL PHASE I (COMPLETION OF GROUND & FIRST FLOOR)

The Murang’a County Government invites sealed tenders for PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF CASUALTY & WARDS AT MURANG’A LEVEL 5 HOSPITAL PHASE I (COMPLETION OF GROUND & FIRST FLOOR)

Tendering will be conducted under national competitive bidding using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

1. Interested bidders may examine and obtain detailed tender documents free of charge from our website www.muranga.go.ke and also the public procurement information web-portal https://tenders.go.ke/website.

2. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 150days from the date of opening of tenders.

3. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bind Bond amount of 100,000/= in form of Banker’s cheque, bank or insurance guarantee valid for 120 days after date of tender opening.

4. A Compulsory Pre-Bid Meeting shall be carried out on 3 rd January 2023 from 1400hrs to 1500hrs at the Murang’a level 5 hospital.

5. All tenders must be submitted through the IFMIS supplier portal and two hard copies of complete tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender name and reference number should be deposited in the tender box located at the Murang’a County government headquarter offices, ground floor on or before 10th January, 2023 at 1000hrs

6. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.

7. Late tenders will be rejected.
