INVITATION TO TENDER

TENDER NO. JUD/OT/032/2022-2023 – PROPOSED COMPLETION OF MOMBASA LAW COURTS
The Judiciary invites sealed bids for the Proposed Completion of Mombasa Law Courts.
Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender method using a standardized tender document for small works.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers who may view or obtain the tender document by downloading the same from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke.
Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the tender closing date.
All Clarifications and addenda will be posted on the Judiciary website and Public Procurement Information Portal.
A mandatory site visit for bidders will be held on 1 st and 2nd February, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Mombasa Law Courts. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes and will remain valid for One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from the tender closing date.
The Tender must be accompanied by tender a security of Kenya Shillings One Million Only (Kshs. 1,000,000.00) valid for 150 days from tender closing date and in the form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or institution approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary.
Tenderers MUST ensure ALL pages of the tender documents are duly paginated sequentially.
Late tenders shall be rejected.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender number and name and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Main gate, Supreme Court entrance, City Hall Way, Nairobi and addressed to:
