JOB DETAILS:
Property & Administartion manager
Responsibilities
• In charge of contract management and fleet management
• Provide policies and procedures for general administration.
• Ensure quotations and contractors for projects are well vetted.
• Ensure the company’s rented premises are maintained in line with the standards, requirements and policies.
• Participate in sourcing for cleaning services.
• Monitor the outsourced company’s performance.
• Collecting parking fees and rent from tenants.
• Secure contractors for repairs and maintenance as well as ensure lifts are in good working conditions.
• Prepare and manage administration budget.
• Supervise administration team, messengers and address audit queries on property administration.
• Follow up on electricity supply and ensure outstanding bills are cleared promptly.
Qualifications
• Degree in Business administration, real estate, finance or related field.
• 3yrs experience in property management and administration.
• In-depth knowledge in real estate and tenant legislation.
• Knowledge in relevant landlord-tenant laws.
• Should have problem solving, communication, stress management, creativity and administrative skills.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
