Job Duties

•  Responsible for order process, quality control.
  
•  In charge ofall growing and cultural techniques to support continuous improvement of quality plant material
  
•  Responsible forgrowingactivities in an assigned section ofthe rooting house; including inigation, pest control; and monitoring and maintaining climate as directed.
  
•  Participate in quality and productivity improvement initiatives.
  

Qualifications

•  Degree/higher diploma in Horticulture or General Agriculture
  
•  Minimum of Syears experience in propagation of cutting [ornamental and bedding plants]
  
• Experience in bed and balcony growing.
  
•  Should be above 30 Years.
