JOB DETAILS:
Overview
Project Scheduler Responsibilities:
o Create, monitor, and analyse project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice.
o Allocate resources based on project timelines.
o Set short- and long-term project goals for project teams.
o Track, analyse, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate reports.
o Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports.
o Monitor projects’ progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date.
o Maintain project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimise their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects.
o Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans.

Skills and Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in project management, or in a related field.
o A minimum of five years' experience as a project scheduler in a related industry.
o Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software, such as Primavera and MS Projects.
o Extensive experience in schedule planning and management.
o In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects within the industry.
o Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions.
o Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes.
o Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
