JOB DETAILS:
Project Manager

What You’ll Do
• Manage the projects deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness are met.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders as needed.
• Develop strategic plans for each project and ensure execution.
• Advise and plan for the schedule of activities and the budget.
• Identify project goals, and set timelines for the project and meet set goals and timelines.
• Identifying right clients and partners for the project in the region.
• Present the project to different networks and ecosystems.
• Educating relevant communities and entities on the project.
• Oversee communication and branding for the product to help ensure the client portfolio grows while being diversified, stable and profitable.
• Events management and facilitation and leading all strategic meetings.
• Report on the success of the project and any setbacks that were encountered or room for improvement.
• Liaise with the marketing team to ensure its activities are captured in the communications.
• Partner with marketing team to define, design & execute marketing campaigns persistently and consistently.
• In coordination with product marketing, continually assess the competitive landscape and analyze in order to identify the tools & assets required to counter.
• Research and prioritize blockchain DeFi opportunities and partnerships.
• Identify and approach prospective partners while effectively communicating ABCs' value proposition.
• Lead the in-country representation and support.
• Any other duties assigned.

Role Qualifications
• Experience working withPM Lifecycle (programme management, programme start up, mobilisation and close down)
• University degree and academic training in a field related to, ICT or Programme Development or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in setting up and managing projects
• Strong cross regional stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Strong project team and budget management skills
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
