We are looking for a project manager who will take charge of managing the implementation of a new project, implemented in partnership with development partners, aimed at supporting career development and employment of disadvantaged people in Kenya through an online platform. The project aims to also change the mindset of hundreds of employers in how they hire talent from disadvantaged communities. This is a rare opportunity to impact the future of thousands of people and to help Fuzu build a truly scalable model for youth employment.
Previous work in projects dealing with youth employment, career development, skill validation and learning or with educating and building capacity of employers is seen as a benefit.
The Project Manager will sit at Fuzu's Nairobi office and report to the Fuzu Chief Growth Officer. .

Responsibilities
The project manager will be in charge of:
• Planning, budgeting and coordination of the project activities
• Engaging with the project implementation partners (local and international)
• Hiring and managing the project team
• Collaboration with Fuzu Product and Operations teams
• Reporting on project progress
• Building partnerships and engaging with employer partners
