JOB DETAILS:

Synergetic Development Investment Holdings Ltd (SDIHL) is a group of companies seeking to lead the Energy & Infrastructure transformation in Sub-Saharan Africa through integrated and innovative engineering project solutions. Our Project Management department is looking to fill the role of a Project Manager - Agile to assist in Project quality assurance and service delivery within the organization.

Requirements
• 6+ years' progressive experience overseeing multi-function project.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional PM Certification i.e. PMP, Agile and Scrum master certification.
• Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
• Proficiency in Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/Green hopper, Rally, Version One or equivalent; Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Support departments and the wide rorganization on a PMO and programs management Capacity i.e. – Organizational re-design.
• Provide Trainings and Coaching on PMO methodologies such as Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Links project goals to global organization goals through engagements with Projects Portfolio Management arm of Group PM.
• Provide general oversight on the organization's initiatives.
• Provide Leadership on the Document Management System through establishment of effective and efficient work plan.
• Provide Project Planning and management support services when called upon
