JOB DETAILS:
Peace Brigades International (PBI) is a nongovernmental organisation, which protects human rights and promotes nonviolent conflict transformation. Purpose of the Programme Manager role: PBI is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified Civil Peace Service Worker as Programme Manager to lead in the implementation of PBI Kenya's programmatic work in conjunction with the Country Director and a small team of current staff members. Contract: Fixed term for 2 years. Starting date: 01st October 2019 .

  Job Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight and lead on the strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation and management of PBI Kenya's programmatic work
• Manage emergency responses
• Donor reporting
• Managing and strengthening PBI Kenya's relationship with key stakeholders
• Coordinate production of PBI Kenya's regular advocacy
• Deliver training and capacity building measures
