• A Master’s degree in an international development-relevant discipline (required), with strong analytical skills and demonstrable experience in a field such as policy analysis or project or program management
• English and French intermediate reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in preparing reports, briefing notes, and communicating to various target audiences with strong visualization of data and results.
• An in-depth understanding of capacity building principles.
• An enhanced knowledge of social and economic policy and/or organizational development issues
