JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities.
• Coordinate and effectively manage agency-generated business.
• Acquisition, onboarding, management and retention of the agency team
• Responsible for products development, management, and dissemination
• Provide leadership and direction with regard to agency and product management
• Provide progress report on the disbursements made through the agent team
• Ensuring that all clients referred by agents are well managed and served as per SBC’s standards.
• Maintain constant contact with Agents and customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Proactively conduct voice of the customer surveys to gather customer feedback
• Conform to agency regulations, guidelines and policies
• Analyzing agent’s performance and drawing up action plans
• Demonstrating new product ideas and features to stakeholders
• Attending conferences and events related to a product or sector
• Implementing and supporting marketing campaigns
• Manage the customer relationship for the agency-referred business, and ensure that all customer complaints are handled and responded to without delays
• Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement
• Ensuring continuous training and coaching of Agents and brand ambassador

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• Diploma in sales and Marketing-Preferred
• At least 2 years of sales and customer management experience in the financial industry
• At least 1-year experience in a supervisory position will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in ICT with strong MS Office skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent supervisory and management skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Alertness to new market opportunities both externally and internally
• Highly effective communicator, both orally and in writing
