Production Planning Manager

About The Role

BURN is looking for a production planning manager who will play a critical role in developing production plans in adherence to the company's activities and deadlines. The individual will be tasked with identifying the production needs and setting objectives and guidelines that would usher employees into achieving a smooth and efficient workflow.

Duties And Responsibilities
• Liaise with Marketing on the creation and format of Finished Goods forecasts
• Maintain all forecasts in the ERP system (Microsoft NAV)
• Run weekly Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Materials Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Liaise with Stakeholders to develop and agree on Finished Goods shipments, FG and Press Shop Work Order scheduling, and Raw Materials Requirements
• Liaise with Engineering on all NPD activities
• BOM management for all levels of Assembly
• New Product and New Item Master parts released into NAV
• Develop, maintain, and report to the senior management team actual performance in all areas versus the plan
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure all Item Master data reflects latest forecasts

Requirements
• Specific experience in Master Production Planning and Materials Requirements Planning in an ERP system (preferably Microsoft NAV)
• General experience in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft NAV)
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Self-Starter and Self-driven
• Good with numbers and expert in Excel

Education Background
• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Business Management or in a relevant field.
