JOB DETAILS:
Production Manager -Biscuits
Main Duties
• Planning weekly and monthly sustainable production based on sales demand and minimum stock requirements
• Ensure production targets are met and variances minimized
• Flag matters of deviation
• Ensuring machines are well maintained; trained personnel are assigned and prompt action when a breakdown occurs.
• Reduce machine downtime by coordinating with maintenance for timely repairs
• Daily yield monitoring to ensure material wastage is kept to the minimum possible.
• Ensuring that all the products from the lines meet the set quality standards and that causes of non-conformities are identified and eliminated.
• Production analysis and taking remedial action in case of deviation from targets.

Qualifications
• BSc. Food Science & Technology
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing of biscuits
• Strong interpersonal relations
• Able to work within tight deadlines.

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
