JOB DETAILS:
Product Owner

The Job
We are looking for a Product Owner reporting to the Product Manager. The successful candidate will be required to effectively lead and execute the product portfolio and related activities across multiple backlogs, as well as manage cross team dependencies through collaboration with other Product Owners, Teams, System Administrators & Consultants.

Responsibilities - Will include but not limited to:
• You see the big picture and understand what our users want and need, you can then turn these needs into practical development requirements for our tech team
• Write user stories and prioritize the backlog for the development team in order to specify the requirements of users
• Work with the team ensuring that the delivery of features aligns with the vision of the product
• Make sure any product that is developed is secure and safe with regards to information security & personal data
• Create release documentation, run workshops, and provide operational support during launches
• Gather information from multiple stakeholders from different countries in order to find a standard solution for every market
• Define the product roadmap according to the Triggerise strategy

About you
You are an outside-the-box thinker, and are, therefore, able to develop a vision of what a part of Triggerise’s product should look like and represents the end-user needs to the development/engineering team in order to achieve our vision.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience being a Product Owner for local, remote, and contracted partners in a distributed team
• Strong process engineering and process flow design w/ documentation, data structure/architecture, UX/UI (User Experience/User Interface), design best practices
• Some exposure in developing CRM applications, including setting up governance, best practices, standards, change management processes, and incident management processes
• Some exposure in implementing CRM configuration changes, using development and testing environments for effective change management
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
• You are fluent in English
