Product Management Engineer – JOB REF: MN 8062
Our client is a well-established electric company. They wish to recruit a competent engineer for the position of Product Management Engineer.
Objective of the Position
This position is to align and manage marketing elements for the responsible customer segments including market understanding, marketing projects management, formulating a targeted value proposition and tailoring the marketing mix for the segment. .

Principal Accountabilities
• Overseeing product content of all company products and consistency in communication, building, energy, etc. Company products include low-voltage electrical products like MCB. MCCB, CONTACTOR, RELAY, STARTERS, INVERTERS, LOW VOLTAGE DISTRIBUTION PANELS.
• Understanding the LV & MV ELECTRICITY PRODUCTS market threats and opportunities, market trends / customer insights and competition
• Aligning resources (Engineering, Operation, Marketing, Marcom, PR, etc.) to accomplish the product related request
• Developing marketing strategies and the tactical solutions for the responsible segments / brands by smartly applying segmentation, targeting and positioning
• Creating and implementing marketing plans through internal training, customer education collaboration, key account involvement / projects
• Supporting to expand the dealer channel and provide the promotion tools by providing the right training to dealers
• Has good proficiency in Auto-CAD drawing of LV switchgear board, distribution board, Control Board, Capacitor board, etc.
• Has good proficiency in product presentation to utility client, commercial client and key account.

• Education - Engineering Degree
• Experience in international trade is preferred
• Familiar with LV products, business development and marketing activities
• At least 6 years experience with 3 at a senior / supervisor level
