Job Responsibilities:
• Lead in Mobile Financial Services Product development, business plan and product offers.
• Develop decisive strategies that deliver tangible business results.
• Create and drive strategies for new products or enhancements.
• Strategic Customer presentations and competitor screenings; identify customer needs and competitor solutions to drive new business opportunities and create disruptive experiences
• Advise, Influence and Engage widely with peers & executives across the company & group: Improve process and tools to make the regional product deployment a success,
• Hands-on project management to lead solution product design, development, test and release by coordinating the implementation team activities, and
• Lead the development and maintenance of appropriate collateral including user guides, presentations, marketing content and demos..

  Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Discipline combined with Business Certification MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in direct sales.
• Exposure to Banking/MFS industries preferred
• Result-oriented product manager with at least 5-10 years of experience with a proven track record of accomplishment in the Mobile financial services and/or payment industry, ideally in a Telco environment, Bank Payments, Merchant Payments and/or International Remittances, e-commerce payments and agent network development.
• Experience in FMCG products design
