JOB DETAILS:

Our Client, a new upcoming up-market school located in Kirinyaga County, is looking for a Principal to start and grow the institution. The school is a mixed, full boarding primary institution with classes running from Class 4. In order to prepare for the first intake and facilitate the opening of the school in January 2019, the Principal is expected to report by October 2019. The Principal will be responsible to the Board for the overall leadership and management of the institution. .

Job Responsibilities:
• H/ she should be a risk taker, highly motivated, outgoing and innovative individual.
• H/she should have excellent interpersonal skills, good leadership qualities, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Qualifications:
• We are seeking a trained teacher with a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' experience as a deputy or senior teacher in a fast-growing similar institution.
• Computing skills with operating knowledge of various packages will be an added advantage.
