PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLY OF GOODS, SERVICES AND OTHER WORKS

Tenders are invited from eligible contractors and suppliers for  prequalification of supply, delivery of works, goods and services to Taifa DT Sacco Society Ltd. For the financial year 2023-2024.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT S

1. Copy of Certificate of incorporation/ business registration certificate.
2. Copy of VAT Registration Certificate.
3. Current tax Compliance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority.
4. Copies of PIN certificate of company/ individuals.
5. Copy of current Trade license/ business permit.
6. Letters of recommendation from at least three (3) firms.
7. Physical location(s) (Proof)..
8. Current copy of CR12 and copies of National IDs of directors'/ business owners.
9. Company profile to include management team and Board of Directors. 

N.B.

Bidder who do not meet any of the above criterion shall be considered non responsive.

Completed documents in plain sealed envelope(s) and clearly marked on the envelop as below: -

And placed in any of the two Taifa DT Sacco Tender boxes at NCU Building Ground Floor and First Floor so as to be received on or before 10/01/2023 at 11:00 a.m. Documents submitted after this time will be disqualified

The pre-qualification documents will be opened immediately thereafter at 11:30 am. On the same day in the NCU Boardroom. Tenderers' or their representatives are welcome to attend

Taifa DT. Sacco Society Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any pre- qualification.

Canvassing of whatever nature or giving false information will lead to automatic disqualification or rejection for any prospective applicant/ bidder.
