JOB PROFILE
Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, the Portfolio Manager - Real Estate will: • Be in charge of asset allocation, risk adjustment, transaction supervision and the execution of asset/investments strategy for clients on behalf of SIB;
o Managing real estate assets that are held in portfolio and agency accounts;
PERSON PROFILE
• 6-10 years' experience in portfolio management, 5 of which must be in research, real estate and funds management;
• Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Investments Financial Analyst or Certified Public Accountant;
• Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Business Management (with bias in Finance or/and Investments), Economics or Actuarial Science;
