Salary: KSHS. 150,000 - 200,000 PLUS OTHER GENEROUS COMPANY BENEFITS
Additional Attributes: POLICY ADMINISTRATION MANAGER MAIN JOB PURPOSE IS TO DRIVE ALL POLICY ADMINISTRATION OPERATIONS TO ACHIEVE A SUPERIOR COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE RESULTING IN CONSISTENTLY IMPROVING SERVICE STANDARDS, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAXIMUM NEW BUSINESS GROWTH AS WELL AS BUSINESS RETENTION ACROSS TARGET MARKETS.
OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE: - Lead Policy Admin Operations by Automating All Steps to Achieve Process Efficiency and Accuracy, Train The Teams Thoroughly About Process Enhancements, And Document All Business Processes in Detail. Generate and Analyze Integrated Data So as to Compile Regular Dashboards, Management Reports and Balanced Scorecards Demonstrating Consistently Improving Kpis. Achieve and Exceed All the Kpis Related to Turn Around Time, Accuracy, And Service Delivery. Provide Comprehensive Assistance to Direct Clients and Brokers – Where Required in Terms of Policy and Processes. Provide Detailed and Timely Information to Aetna Based On Regular Payment Reports Received from Aetna to Ensure Funds Are Allocated Swiftly. Use Navision Data and Reports So That Clients Pay the Due Premium Timeously Along with All Necessary Compliance Documents and Coordinate with Aetna to Ensure Our Commission Is Always Received On Time. Handle The Policy Review Process Every Year - Which Includes Updating / Amending / Ordering The Respective Literature and Getting the Required Approvals from Aetna. Handle All Key Group and Individual Renewals Together with The Team by Issuing Renewal Notices and Engaging Clients, Brokers and Aetna Adequately Ahead Of The Due Date. Facilitate Team Leaders to Realize Teams’ Full Potential with Respect To Operational Kpis And Service Delivery With Due Regard To Compliance Policies And Good Management Practices. Encourage Continuous Professional Development of All Team Members. Use Emotional Intelligence to Develop Adaptable and Positive Teams. Train Teams to Gain People Commitment by Clear and Simple Communication as The Key to Achieving Excellence. Instill A Culture of ‘Customer First’ And ‘People to People Approach’.
