JOB DETAILS:
Overview
This position reports to the Principal Planning Officer. The Planning Officer I will be responsible for production of quantitative and qualitative data to enable management to make informed and sound decisions. Ensuring that knls remains competitive among other state corporations in the country by setting achievable but challenging performance targets for each cycle of performance period.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare quarterly book stock report from knls library branches
• Prepare quarterly performance contract report
• Prepare all periodic plans for knls organization
• Liaise with all stakeholders for planning matters
• Initiate and develop appropriate periodic planning strategies
• Implement and maintain Quality Assurance process
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Planning & Management / Statistics and Economics from a recognized University
• At least three (3) years professional experience in Planning
• Literacy in ICT applications
• Membership of Association of Project Managers.
