JOB DETAILS:
• One Way Cleaning Services Ltd, a reputable and professional player in the cleaning services industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pest Control Manager who has hands-on experience with solving complex pest/rodent-related issues through a comprehensive pest management solution.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the general administration of the pest control and fumigation department.
• Ensuring quality service provision to all our clients by using the best pesticides in the market in terms of effectiveness and cost.
• Ensuring health and safety precautions in the course of undertaking fumigation operations.
• Responsible for overseeing the training of employees on the current and best practices
• Ensuring that all employees are complying with safety measures, such as wearing protective gear when appropriate
• Maintaining a database of all pest control work orders and projects for future reference
• Conducting research regarding new technologies in pest control methods
• Providing training to employees on proper procedures for using tools and equipment used during extermination jobs

Qualifications
• Degree in Chemistry from a recognized educational institution
• At least 2 years of experience in fumigation and pest control
• In-depth knowledge of the cleaning industry practices, and legal and regulatory framework governing the industry.
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector will be an added advantage
• High integrity
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
