JOB DETAILS:

Key roles/Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up accordingly- anticipate CEO’s needs in advance of meetings and prepare high level briefs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to the CEO including those of a highly confidential and critical nature.
• Support the CEO in preparing information for meetings and interviews. Design and utilize data to generate reports and power point presentations.
• Management of the CEO’s diary – Prioritize inquiries and requests.
• Liaising with donors and other key stakeholders on high-level matters.
• Ability to organize daily workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate and assist with executive and senior management meetings recording of minutes.
• Provide hospitality to all guests and create a welcoming environment.
• Making travel arrangements for the CEO and other Senior Executives.
• Knowledge, experience, and qualifications required

Academic & Professional Qualifications:
• A Master’s degree in the relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business related course or any other relevant field from a university recognized in Kenya.
• Membership to any professional body will be an added advantage.

Experience required:
• At least 8 years executive support experience including supporting c-level executives.
• Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Maintain high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Technical & Behavioral competences:
• IT savvy -working knowledge of SharePoint, Teams.
• Organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in Months: 96

Level of Education:
Associate Degree
