REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Perimeter Wall Electric Fence Installation
For Tdb Group, Nairobi Office Building (TDB TOWER)

The TDB Group's new office building in Nairobi is located at Plot LR No. 1/184 Lenana Road, Kilimani, Nairobi, Kenya. The building is composed of the below-indicated facilities:

Three Basement Parking areas and a Plaza that includes Security Boxes and Guard Houses.

19 Floor Levels that include a Reception Area at the Ground Level, an Auditorium and Conferencing Facilities on the 1* Level, a Gym and Records Management Archive on the 2^nd Level, Sky Gardens on the 3^,d and 11* Levels, Meeting Pods on the 4'^h, 12^,h and 13^th Levels, Offices on the 9^,h. 10^th, 14^th, 15^th, 16^th, 17^th, 18^th and 19^th floor Levels.

1. SCOPE OF WORK

Installation of an electric fence along the perimeter wall approximately 250 meters all around with applicable accessories.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL BIDDERS
   • Site Visit

Bidders must conduct a Site Visit before submitting their Proposals through the enquiries emails provided below. Once TDB receives the list of interested Bidders, an email will be shared with Bidders indicating the Date and Time of the Visit. After the site visit, Bidders are to submit an applicable methodology as part of their Technical Proposal including installation timelines, testing and commissioning including applicable service level agreements. Both Technical and Financial Proposals are to be submitted zipped separately.

• Validity of the Bids

The bids received will be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening.

• Bids Opening

Bids will be opened immediately after the bid closing hours in the presence of the bidders who chose to attend, late bids will not be considered.

2.4. Health and Safety

All work shall comply with all applicable national regulations and health requirements. The vendor shall assume full responsibility and liability for compliance with all applicable regulations pertaining to the health and safety of personnel during the execution of work.

All interested firms are to submit their Separately Zipped Technical and Financial Proposal(s). and sent to; procurement@tdbgroup.org as subject matter labelled EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR ELECTRIC FENCE before noon Tuesday. January 31st 2023: TRADE AND DEVELOPMENT BANK( TDB); 197 LENANA PLACE. LENANA Rd.. 1st Floor. P.O. BOX 48596-00-100. NAIROBI- KENYA.

The proposal(s) must include:

• A written proposal showcasing the firm’s understanding of the scope of work, equipment available for the works, and previous experience. The written proposal is to indicate the work methodology detailing all items listed in the terms of reference.
• Team composition and current similar task assignment.
• Detailed reference list indicating the scope and magnitude of similar assignments done in the last three (3) years.
• Legally certified copies of Registration certificates. Memorandum and Articles of Association. Form CR12, Trading Licenses and other statutory documents including a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (those without valid TCC are advised not to apply] and passport or ID copies of the shareholders and directors of the firm and valid license to undertake the services.
• Five (5] corporate references with contact details.
• Any certification will be an added advantage.
