Responsibilities
The mission of the People Experience Lead job is Enable a high-performing organization by delivering a powerful staff experience.
The goals of the People Experience Lead job are to design and deliver an excellent staff experience for a remote organization, Build and enable a thriving community and culture and Drive performance management across the organization
Some of the main activities of this role will be:
• To develop staff experience & culture initiatives
• To develop systems and process to enable and monitor staff & experience and culture initiatives
• To implement regular performance management for staff

JOB SKILLS, MINDSETS & EXPERIENCE
• 4+ years’ experience in project management / related roles
• Experience in working in a people-facing or customer-facing role
• Passionate about people and community building
• Events management, managerial experience a plus
• You are passionate about people and community building and love helping get the best out of people
• You have had some exposure to events management and managerial experience
• You are a culture-driver who lives the values of the organization to the fullest
• You have great empathy and emotional intelligence skills that allow you to understand what others need in order to thrive
• You love designing meaningful experiences for others
• You have a natural ability to rally people and bring them together
