The Operations Manager will report to the Hospital and Operations Director and will work closely with senior management and program teams in supporting and overseeing operations of the

Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, Procurement & Supply Chain Management or Operations management. .
• Minimum 5 years' experience in managing operations, preferably in a busy NGO
• High levels of integrity, collegiality, respect to community and stakeholders and willingness to work and live in a rural area.
