Your Role
• Manage key strategic projects with Focus on Sustainability for your site to drive waste reduction, circularity and cost competitiveness.
• You act as the interface between overarching Project Management and Site.
• You collaborate with the site Team to identify concrete Actions to achieve overall Sustainability Project targets.
• You are the driving force behind the implementation strategy.
• You execute and implement the defined action together with the Team.
• You track and ensure the success of the Project via status vs. target reporting towards overarching project team and site champion.
• Your share proactively best Practice examples in the within the overarching Project

YOUR SKILLS
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Up to 2 years of experience, ideally within a multinational environment.
• Hand-on attitude and strong implementation skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to drive change
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with abilities in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Entrepreneurial spirit and out-site the box thinking
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Great aptitude for continuous learning and self-development.
