  Job Responsibilities:
• Handle all client enquiries received via phone or email
• Prepare all documentation and packaging
• Ensure all necessary bookings and documents complete
• Update the system with notes accordingly
• Prepare all documentation for imports and resolve queries
• Ensure that the customer is kept updated
• Ensure all regulations are met
• Driver management. Ensure that the driver has what is needed to maintain cool chain.
• Responsible for temperature control
