JOB DETAILS:
Operation Manager /Agricultural Officer (1 POST)
REF/MCPSB/365/2022
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
1. Should be able to develop work schedules for the workers.
2. Should be able to supervise all the workers in the Factory.
3. Should be able to assign duties to the workers.
4. Will be the liaison between workers and seniors.
5. Will perform any duty assigned by his supervisors.
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
1. Be a Holder of a Degree in Food Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
2. Must have a working experience of at least 5 years in a comparable position.
3. The ability to plan and implement work schedule.
4. Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to solve dispute among workers.

4. For candidates to meet the requirements of chapter six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, applicants must obtain the following clearances:
• Tax compliance certificate from KRA
• Clearance certificate from HELB
• Clearance certificate from Ethics and Anticorruption Commission (EACC)
• Certificate of good conduct from Criminal Investigation Department
