Digital Media Strategist / Media Buyer

Key responsibilities

  • Perform client, market and competitor research and analysis.
  • Deliver paid advertising campaigns in line with the agreed strategy and brief.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improving traffic and ROI.
  • Optimisation of performance campaigns across digital paid marketing channels.
  • Produce insightful client reports that provide feedback on client’s accounts with recommendations that take into account the wider implications for ROI.
  • Keep up to date on new industry developments and share best practices with the digital delivery team.
  • Liaise with clients and attend relevant client meetings where required.
  • Help develop opportunities and new business pitches where appropriate Collaborate across multi-disciplines, to promote a culture of shared knowledge and understanding.

Skills, knowledge, and experience

Essential criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field. Proven work experience as Digital Media Strategist / Media Buyer or similar role.
  • 5 years experience in digital media strategy and planning in a client-centered (preferably agency) environment.
  • You should also be Google Ads & Google Analytics certified or working towards it.
  • Recent PPC & social advertising experience, -including the management of accounts across a wide variety of markets, ideally across EMEA, at an agency environment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of at least two of the following industries: Finance, Ecommerce (Retail), B2B Tech, FMCG or Healthcare
  • Experience of using multiple paid advertising platforms.
  • An ability to produce accurate and insightful reports.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, against tight deadlines and fast-paced objectives, across multiple clients.
  • Proven ability to work with a team, but also an entrepreneurial and resourceful independent thinker.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • A strong customer service orientation and the ability to quickly form customer relationships.

Social Media Care Advisor

Key responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to social channel engagements on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
  • Support and educate customers, providing digital customer assistance using digital channels to meet their needs.
  • Liaising with customers regarding queries, claims and complaints ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and inline with company guidelines.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, taking responsibility for complying with all policies procedures and regulatory requirements, particularly on our Social Media channels where responses are highly visible and can be shared.
  • Personalize each customer interaction in order to make them as engaging and impactful as possible.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints across our multi-channel operation.
  • Ensure excellent customer service at the first point of contact by social media.

Skills, knowledge, and experience

Essential criteria

  • You'll need a high level of written and verbal communication skills, with accurate grammar and spelling, and the ability to engage with customers using personality, matching your communication style to the channel the customer is using.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders and continually manage them
  • Previous customer service experience, particularly with written forms of customer service.
  • Ability to follow processes but also think on your feet and be adaptable.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • A real desire to go above and beyond for customers.
  • Ability to grow, adapt and change accommodating business needs and priorities.
  • A proven ability to prioritize your own work stack.
  • 2+ years' experience and a proven track record of multiple channel engagement.

Social Media Strategist/ Head of Content

Key responsibilities

  • Design and execute social media strategies across our social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with content development and marketing teams to cover the target audience.
  • Coordinate with Social Media Manager and Digital Strategist to create quality content daily.
  • Social Media Management: Enhancing the brand and building strong online communities through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and Youtube.
  • Social media campaigns that help to achieve set marketing goals and KPIs.
  • Designing and implementing the social media strategy and content calendar to align with business goals, generating, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily.
  • LeadGen Marketing Content: Creating external marketing content that will be used to engage both our existing and prospective clients, such as blog, video, and report content.
  • Assist with performance marketing (ad campaigns on different platforms).
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences across various social media platforms, as well as monitoring competition to ensure competitive growth.

  • Strong passion for, and knowledge of, digital marketing, technology, social platforms, mobile marketing and emerging media, but also of the traditional advertising mix as well.
  • Proven ability to bring strategic challenges to life in a way that convinces and inspires.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, against tight deadlines and fast-paced objectives, across multiple clients.
  • Proven ability to work with a team, but also an entrepreneurial and resourceful independent thinker.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
