Sales Executive – Homecare Service Facility

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers to create rapport and close sales for inpatient and outpatient services
  • Achieve and go beyond the set sales targets for healthcare products and
  • Identify and contact potential partners to drive business growth and strategic partnerships for the Homecare services
  • Increase the value of existing customers for Homecare services while attracting new ones through business development activities to meet set
  • Find and develop new markets, improve sales, and drive business growth for Homecare services
  • Supervise sales and business development staff of Homecare services as appropriate to drive the required initiatives within the business development strategy.
  • Drive the achievement of the Homecare services marketing and sales strategy.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and exhibitions at the industry level to source opportunities and create networks for services

Skills and qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing from a recognized university
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Sales, business development especially in the Insurance or health
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills
  • Good training and mentorship skills
  • Self-driven person and tolerance to ambiguity
  • Fluent in English and Swahili languages
  • Experience in sales and marketing of healthcare or insurance

 Sales Executive – Training Institution

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Must have experience in selling services and product creation on training
  • Attend conferences, meetings and exhibitions at industry level to source for opportunities and create networks.
  • Source and contact potential partners to drive business growth and strategic partnership in Hospitals for student’s internship
  • Increase the value of existing customers while attracting new ones through business development activities to meet set
  • Supervise sales and business development staff in appropriate to drive the required initiatives within the business development
  • Drive achievement on marketing and sales
  • Find and develop new markets and improve sales and drive business growth.
  • Contact potential customers to create rapport and close sales
  • Achieve and go beyond set out sales targets.
  • Any other duty assigned by management

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing from a recognized university
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales, business development especially in the training institutions
  • Should have Experience in sales and marketing in training Institutions
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills
  • Fluent in English and Swahili languages
  • Self-driven person and tolerance to ambiguity

Head of Home Care Services

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure staff check ins are complete, Check on appointments and in/out patients’
  • Conduct daily tours of the facility (front to back) and check for any damaged items, rooms in order/bins cleaned/washroom checklists done/laundry status etc.
  • Inpatients: ensure all documentation is complete, rotas are set for night and day caregivers continuously check in to ensure quality patient care is given
  • Kitchen: create processes and ensure are they being adhered
  • Ensure well-maintenance of equipment showroom
  • Document all processes: edit and update so SOPs are always in order
  • Computerized system: implement it and operate it fully
  • Clinically: maintain a good relationship with
  • Stock: ensure stock is being done properly, keep track of the system. Items opened should be labelled. Crash cart full
  • Create and maintain partnerships with doctors and supporters
  • Marketing: support in developing sales and marketing strategies to promote the business.
  • Effectively managing the team and ensuring high performance of the team also holding meetings once a week and ensuring daily reporting sheet is
  • Ensure SOPs are being adhered to: edit and update when necessary
  • Daily caregiver check ins should be performed to ensure they arrive on time and offer excellent service to the patients
  • Client management keeping clients happy and ensuring all needs are being met diligently and on time.
  • Solving any problems that may arise.

 Equipment & Consumables

  • Ensure equipment store is well set up and well maintained
  • Promote sales of equipment and consumables by working with the homecare service team and sales team
  • Ensure stock system is efficient – make amendments where necessary

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 3 years working experience in relatable field.
  • Should have experience in Customer care.
  • Excellent communication skills both fluent in English and Swahili
  • Should be a team player.

Digital Marketing Executive 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure policies and procedures for digital marketing are in place and
  • Conduct thorough research on digital marketing before usage of any in social media platforms on behave of the
  • Organize and manage digital adverts as prescribed by management in consideration of customers behavior and
  • Update all company social media accounts and ensure responses are done on
  • Formalize yourself with current trends and practices on healthcare, education and ensure the company is compliant with advertising agents’
  • Manage all reports to ensure that any posts, blogging, copyrights and adverts for the company are free from plagiarism
  • Increase brand awareness and customer engagement on daily basis.
  • Organize and manage social media groups on given mandate from management
  • Analyze reports of social media on daily basis on company products or activities and advise the management where
  • Ensuring that all our customers have the right information on social

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Should hold degree or Diploma in marketing from a recognized institute.
  • At 3 years working experience in digital
  • Should be a certified digital marketing officer with current certificate
  • Should have Graphic design skills
  • Should be Fluent in English and Swahili languages both written and spoken
  • Competent with IT skill
  • Have Customer relations experience
