Content Creator

Our client, a high-end beauty salon in Nairobi, is looking for a Content Creator. The right candidate’s responsibility will be to execute digital marketing campaigns and optimize the company's social media platforms.

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Develop brand awareness and online reputation
  2. Execute digital marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on Social Media (Instagram, Facebook etc )
  3. Take photos and videos and post them on social media platforms
  4. Design posters, fliers and other marketing materials using tools like Canva, Indesign etc
  5. Manage the social media platforms and increase traffic and lead generation
  6. Manage the company's visibility across all social platforms
  7. Coordinate content platforms such as website, blogs, Instagram and Facebook
  8. Create, manage and oversee all social media content
  9. Monitor the company's rank across platforms using analytical tools
  10. Develop and implement relevant marketing campaigns
  11. Respond to all inquiries across social platforms
  12. Timely update the company website and socials
  13. Implement strategies to grow the company's following across social platforms.

Required Specifications

  1. Diploma in Marketing or a related field
  2. Great knowledge of digital marketing aspects like content creation, social media marketing, digital advertising etc
  3. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google+ and other socials
  4. Able to demonstrate a portfolio of work on social media
  5. Able to create excellent written, audio and visual marketing content
  6. Must be a great team player
  7. Able to skillfully use creative tools such as Canva, video editor etc
  8. Must be proactive, self-driven and diligent.

Production Manager

Vacancy -Production Manager

Our client, a dairy company seeks to hire a Production Manager. He/she will be incharge of production activities and processes and must ensure that all products are produced in adherence to the required specifications and timelines.

The individual must be willing to work in Embu.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that production targets are met
  2. Overall in charge of production operations and quality control
  3. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
  4. 4. Estimate production costs and prepare production budget
  5. 5. Manage production expenses and ensure compliance to production budget
  6. Generate and maintain proper reports to management
  7. Manage and develop the production team
  8. Ensure adherence to health and safety requirements
  9. Perform any other duties as may be required.

Required Specification

  1. Experience working in dairy production, with a bias in production of yoghurt and other value added dairy products
  2. Degree or diploma in dairy science & technology or any related field
  3. At least 5 years’ experience in the dairy industry with 2 years in a management role
  4. Able to manage a production line of 10,000 litres plus
  5. Excellent management and leadership skills experience
  6. Ability to build and lead a strong production team
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  8. A strong, resilient, result-orientated individual and an excellent team player

Sales Manager

and leading a sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies
  2. Set sales targets and ensure they are met
  3. Proactively identify leads, pursue and close leads
  4. 4. Grow the company’s market share across board
  5. Grow brand awareness and visibility
  6. Establish and maintain strong client relationships
  7. Conduct market research and keep abreast with market trends

  4. Bachelor's degree in business, sales and marketing or any related field
  5. Flexible, highly motivated and able to travel frequently
  6. Able to drive the sales process from plan to close
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  8. Able to recruit, on board, develop and manage a sales team
  9. A strong, resilient, result-oriented individual and an excellent team player
